All products sold by Onlinetees are custom-made specifically for each customer.

Because every product is manufactured according to your specifications, custom products cannot be resold and generally cannot be returned or refunded.

You are solely responsible for every file, image, logo, design, text, graphic, photograph, or artwork you upload.

By submitting artwork, you represent and warrant that:

Onlinetees does not verify ownership of submitted artwork.

The customer assumes full legal responsibility for all submitted artwork.

If you upload copyrighted, trademarked, licensed, or protected material without authorization, you alone are responsible for all resulting claims, damages, legal fees, settlements, or lawsuits.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Onlinetees Inc., its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and suppliers from any claim arising from submitted artwork.

We print exactly what you submit.

We are not responsible for:

Customers should submit production-ready artwork.

Our online design tool and mockups represent an approximation of the finished product.

Before placing an order, you are responsible for reviewing:

Once production begins, no further changes can be made.

Digital previews and mockups are intended only as visual representations.

Actual products may vary slightly due to:

These variations do not constitute defects.

Print placement may vary approximately 0.5 to 1 inch from the digital proof due to garment manufacturing and production tolerances.

Such variations are considered industry standard.

Actual printed colors may differ from what appears on your monitor or mobile device.

Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed due to:

Reasonable color variation is not considered a defect.

Printing on customer-supplied garments is performed entirely at the customer's risk.

Onlinetees is not responsible for:

No reimbursement will be provided for customer-supplied items damaged during production.

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Approved cancellations may be subject to:

Standard production time is generally up to fourteen (14) business days after:

Production times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Shipping time begins after production is complete.

Delivery dates are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is accepted by the shipping carrier.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacement.

Once a shipment has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for delivery.

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages are subject to the carrier's investigation and claims process.

Due to the custom manufacturing process, completed orders may vary by up to approximately five percent (5%) from the quantity ordered.

Customers will be billed only for the quantity actually produced.

Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery.

Claims regarding production defects or incorrect items must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of delivery and must include clear photographs.

Claims submitted after seven (7) days may be denied.

Because every product is custom-made, all sales are generally final.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available for:

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onlinetees Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data.

Our total liability under any circumstance shall never exceed the total purchase price paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Onlinetees Inc., its owners, employees, officers, contractors, affiliates, successors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, settlements, penalties, expenses, or attorney's fees arising from:

Unless otherwise requested in writing before production begins, Onlinetees may photograph completed orders for portfolio, marketing, advertising, and social media purposes.

By placing an order electronically and checking any required acceptance box during checkout, you acknowledge that such electronic acceptance constitutes your legally binding agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
